so yeah i kinda suck at putting eyeliner on underneath my eye and im not to good on top either. My mom even said it is hard to put liner and shadow on for my kind of eyes :'(Ok i have big green eyes and wrinkles under them and i am only 13. Do you have any make up advice i could use?
Wow ...sweetie you are too young to have under the eye wrinkles ....I have big eyes too and I switched to using a gel eyeliner that I put on with a brush and try really hard not to pull at my skin under my eyes ...you almost have to touch the skin because it is hard to apply eyeliner and not. I use MAC Fluidline with a brush and I find I don't pull as hard or as much on my skin by using this ....

Also, if you click to the right of this MAC page where it says ';Chat live'; you can ask the MAC artist how to apply eyeliner without getting wrinkles and they are really good to help you, and after the chat session you can choose to have the chat emailed to you and you can have it to look at from time to time until you master it ......
Also, I am gonna send you some good easy home made mask that I use for my face and they really do help. I am also gonna send you one for skin tightening .....I hope that some of these help you ...

Soothing, Healing Mask
* 1/2 cup plain yogurt
* 2 tablespoon aloe gel- (peel and mash one aloe leaf)
* 1 teaspoon honey
* Mix together thoroughly.
Yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while the aloe moisturizes and heals. The honey moisturizes and re-hydrates the skin.
This mask also helps with acne as well...but it really does tighten the skin and makes your face feel so nice ...
put egg whites all over your face (like a mask)..egg whites are driers and will remove all the impurities from your face.leave it on until every spot is dry (depends on the type of skin you have) it works so well. use for 2-3 days or continue use. it works wonders. i swear by it. if you only have 1 day then use it once. it may not disappear but it will bring it way down and remove redness. It makes you skin super soft too!
I hope some of these help ~~~
I really wish you the best ~~~
Here is a good article on how to apply the different types of eyeliners that might be helpful ....

Wrinkles or lines?
1] wear sunscreen every day - lines and wrinkles will only get worse if you don't
2] wear sunglasses!
3] buy a good eye cream [ drugstore brands are OK - like Olay, Neutrogena, L'oreal, etc. ] and use as directed
4] AM - wash with face wash, use toner, apply sunscreen - and let dry [ absorb ] completely before applying ANY eye makeup
5] use powder shadow, then liner
6] try a pencil [ crayon ] liner [ Physician's Formula, Cover Girl,
L'oreal ]
a] look down into mirror to apply to upper lashline ONLY; then
b] up into mirror to apply to lower lashline ONLY.
c] everyday - liner and mascara should be color of hair or brows - whichever is darker
d] dances/parties - try bright purple, sapphire, or even silver, copper, or gold
7] curl lashes, and apply mascara
It's kind of hard to help you out since we can't tell the shape of your eyes. One of the things you can do is go to a make up counter like Lancome, M.A.C., Chanel.. at a department store such as Macy's or Nordstrom at the mall and have a make up artist/specialist teach you how to put on make up. I don't think it cost a thing either.
The only tips i can give you right now though is that maybe you should try using waterproof liners and have them pointy enough and apply some to the top above the lashes starting from the inner eye towards the outer eye. Start out with a thin line first then you can make it where you feel it would look best.. usually starting near the middle and outer for me. Apply close to bottom lash as well as well is the inner rims.
I have no solution for your wrinkles under your eyes.. but anti-wrinkle creams don't really work and can possibly just make your wrinkles worse. Maybe you just need a little moisturizer.
THe wrinkles are probably just creases, the best way to do liner on top is to start at the outer corner and work your way in towards the center. Use small movements, almost like connecting the dots/ dashes. Try not to tug on the eye area as this will eventually cause more creases! When doing liner underneath, try to keep as light as possible b/c too much can make the eye look tired. Working shadow into the lash line is easier (and more forgiving) than working with other formulas. Hope this helps!!
Don't use much eyeliner right now, instead use mascara. And practice putting on eyeliner till its easy for you to apply.
Putting on makeup is fun but it take awhile sometimes to get it on so it doesnt look cakey or smeared.
I know it took practice for me %26amp; I was so excited to wear makeup when I started.
PJewel listed a good site, go there %26amp; read how to apply. Or if you read a Cosmo Girl magazine they show ways to apply makeup.
This site has a brief how to apply eye liner you can read %26amp; learn from too: http://www.soyouwanna.com/site/syws/make鈥?/a>
OH and have fun experimenting!!! I go to $1.00 store or Big Lots just to find cheaper/less expensive makeup to try out. Big Lots sells some, not much e.l.f. %26amp; have a order of elf that should arrive any day. Their makeup costs $1.00 %26amp; they had a free shipping. That was a very nice price %26amp; I learned about it on Yahoo.
It will be like Christmas when my elf makeup arrive %26amp; I can try them all out. LOL, one at a time that is, because I ordered $30 worth!!.
i will sugest you ask an specialist in make-up,creams that kind of stuff
so they can recomend you something for the wrinkels
and shoe you how to put eyeliner on you
I put on a bronze eyeliner, and subtle purple shadow. Anyway, if you find out any solutions for the bags/wrinkles thing, lemme know! seriously....... Ive got green eyes too, and my bags NEVER go away. =D
