Can anyone offer any make-up advice?

I need help with how to apply make up. Especially eyeliner and eye make up.Can anyone offer any make-up advice?
Go to a department store and get a makeover. They will give you pointers. Can anyone offer any make-up advice?
If you have a mall near you visit the Mac counter they will show you free
When was a beginner I read articles in magazines such as cosmopolitan and checked out books on cosmetics at my local library. Your best bet would be to check out ivillage.com a magazine database for Cosmo, Redbook, Marie Claire and much more. They can answer any of your beauty questions.
Apply eyeliner to your lower lid, either on the crease where the lid closes or right below that. On the upper lid, try a thin (or thick, for a more dramatic look) line. Then use 2 coats of thickening mascara on the top lashes only.
Try sticking to neutral colours llike browns and bronze. Try puting silver in the inners of your eyes.
i recomend oging to dillards they will apply it for you , show you how, recomend best colors, and everything you can imagine
you can really tell a person's age by the amount of make-up application. as for your eyes, stay away from matching your eyes to your shirt. it's best to stick with colors that are the same tone as your eyes and/or hair color. rule of thumb: your make-up routine should take only 5 minutes.
GREAT rule of thumb is use eye shadows that are the opposite on the color wheel of your eyes. Or the same color type as the opposite of your eyes. Example, brown eyes should wear blue or with blue undertones, blue eyes should wear browns, green eyes should wear purple tones, and hazel eyes depends on if they're more brown or green. If you want a nice look, pick three shades one light one medium, one dark, apply the lightest color over your whole eyelid to your brow bone, take the medium and put from the bottom of your lid to the crease about half way up, then take the darkest color and apply from the outer edge of the eyelid, (from the bottom edge of the eyelid to the natural crease of your eyelid), to just about half way into the eyelid, where the outer edge of the color of your eye begins, then apply it also in the crease of your eyelid. Finish with a thin line of eyeliner and mascara.
You should pick up a Bobbi Brown book on how to apply makeup. She's genious!
just ask a mom or a adult ya know that wears makeup. They will tell your lots. That is where i learned.
well this is what i usually do: i get really dar brown eye shadow and apply it to the lower half of my eyelid and then a lighter shade of brown on the upper half and then lyk a beige sort of colour right under my eyebrow all the way to my eyelid and then i blend them all in together with my finger or something and then i put jet black eyeliner in my eye not on/around it then i just apply normal mascara

hope it helps
