Make-up advice for a 14 year old plse?! :-)?

I'm 14 years old and want some good make-up advice 4 skool. It needs to be natural but slightly noticeable, cheap but good quality and long lasting. Thanks!Make-up advice for a 14 year old plse?! :-)?
Always remember, less is more!

Just use a light foundation to give you an even skin tone and preferably something with a built in SPF. Some eyeliner carefully applied, mascara and a little gloss or nude colour on your lips. It's school, not a fashion parade!

Boot's No 7 is probably your best bet.

And don't forget to take it off properly at night before you go to bed - look after your skin.Make-up advice for a 14 year old plse?! :-)?
okay here is my routine... I'm 16

1. put some kind of lotion on your face so make-up wont dry it out

2. I use Max factor long lasting performance [cool breeze]

3. True Blend powder.

4. Cover girl roll up eyeliner. on top eye lid and bottom.

5. Full and soft mascara.

Good luck hun!!!

they have different colors and very cheap and it looks great!

all made of powder make up!
It all depends on your face and looks, I am 26 yrs old and I don't always do my make up so well, my best friend does my make up and she puts eyeliner on the top and not the bottom because it makes my eyes look huge! It all depends, I would do a little mascara eye shadow and some lip gloss, don't go over board you don't want to look like you are in a beauty pagent when you are at school. Talk to someone older than you, Mom, Aunt or older sister..maybe they can help show you the proper way
took me a while to put on make up the right way. The trick i found is that if you want a natural look. Less makeup is more :D. For my natural look all i do is put a thin line of liquid eyeliner on top (NO BOTTOM!) and curl your lashes and put mascara on. Maybe a little bit of powder foundation. Good luck hun. Makeup can be a pain but really fun :D. Also I forget what brand it is but there is a brand that makes different colors of eyeliner and stuff for the color of eyes you have. For instance. I have brown eyes and they say people with brown eyes should were purple eye stuff so i wear purple eyelinner and shawdow sometimes. . What color of eyes do you have?
That's easy - wear a lil eye liner and some lip gloss that's a few shades darker than your natural lip color. :)
welllll i think you should go for some natural foundation, some blusher, mascara and some eyeliner and some pick lipgloss!!

you should mibi try avon!

hope that helps!
wear mascara and a little bit of light brown eye shadow..dont use eye liner it looks trashy if not done right.
I'm 12. I really dont have 'cheap' make up. I use smashbox %26amp; marele norman
Maybelline or use the Avon kind those are usually good too and they have pretty colors.
#1 must have...MASCARA! :)

Don't apply too much...place the mascara wand at the roots of the upper lashes, then move slightly from side to side whilst also upwards. If you want to, you could apply mascara to the lower lashes, but remember to be SPARING with it! To much on the lower lashes makes you look strange!

I'm 16, and for school I normally wear:

Foundation, Powder, Blusher, Mascara %26amp; Liquid Eyeliner (on the upper lash line). It may sound like a lot, but I tend to stick to natural colours which match my skin tone, and don't use too much.

Never ever ever wear dark foundation...match it to your skin tone - too dark %26amp; you'll be orangggee...which is never a good look. Ever.

Remember...

- Apply foundation with a damp foundation sponge. Blend around nose %26amp; around edges of face to prevent getting 'slag lines' :)

- Apply enough powder, but not too much...it can get cakey

- Neverrr forget to use mascara...it works wonders :)

- If you use blusher focus on the apples of the cheeks - which are visible when you smile or when you blushh

- Use eyelash curlers before or after using mascara to make your eyelashes longer (but be careful with them!)

Oh...and practice!

The hardest bit is the foundation %26amp; mascara once you get the hang of them, you're sorted :)

Hope I helpedd xxxx
Hi Mink, Ask your Mom to go to this website with and check out the fyi.arbonne line. It is a product for your age group and just came out last April. They also have an interactive website that you can use to check out different makeup colors. For the catalog go to http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com For the interactive website go to http://www.fyiarbonne.com

Ask your Mom to go to the first site with you as there is a sale going on right now. Good luck to you.
There i sno need for makeup. If others cannot appreciate you for your natural beatuful self then you should not concern yourself with their closed minded opinions. Be proud of who you are and try not to be who others want you to be because you will never find happiness seeking others approval. True happiness is in appreciating and accepting who you are because you are special without having to put on makeup to make others approve.
Im 14 too and I use N.Y.C make-up brand; its cheap too!

I use foundation to cover blemishes and circles under my eyes. Then eyeliner slightly and some mascara on top lashes only. Then put either vaseline or lip balm on your lips to moisturize them and add some shine.
i wear eyeliner on my top eyelid and two coats of mascara and sometimes eyeshadow, i always get compliments on how nice and natural it looks. btw im 15
Use either eyeliner OR mascara, don't use both 'cause it will look too grown up

Use either a pale/clear lipgloss OR Vaseline, not lipstick
There are a lot of products out there that are relatively cheap and good. It is important to pick out what works for you.

If you're new to make up, and just starting out, I recommend

Maybelline's Great Lash Washable Mascara in Very Black (it has the pink body and the green head, you can buy this at walmart).

Rimmel London's compact bronzer in Sun Dance 027.

A New York Color cover stick in the color which best suits your skin (Light 781, Medium 782 or Natural 783).

And another cover stick from NYC again, this time is green 785.

Then pick your favorite color of blush, in a plum colored perhaps.

Ok so to start,

1. Wash your face with a gentle soap or face cleanser (dove soaps are sually good).

2. moisturize your face with a light moisturizer that has some spf in it preferably.

3. apply the NYC color stick (no the green one) around your eyes, mouth and the sides of your nose. Apply with the stick first moving your hand in short strokes, then blend it in with your fingers.

4. Take the green stick and cover any red blemishes your sking may have.

5. Apply the bronzer with a big brush on spots where the sun would naturally tan your skin: tip of your nose, cheeks (only a little there), and also your chin and forehead.

6. Then apply the blush on your cheeks with a smaller brush, to make this easier smile and the apples of your cheeks should sort of pop.

7. Put the mascara on your lashes! to do this best take the mascara brush and stroke in on the bottles opening a few times so there isn't too much on it that will clump up your lashes.

then start at the roots of your lashes and with a zig zag motion come up. (the zig zagging helps to not clump them).

then let that dry for 10 secs and do it again.

do the same with your other eye.

8.put some lib balm on your lips

VOILA! you're done. It will look beautiful but at the same time very natural

a few other tips I can give you are that: eye liner does not look very good especially if you're not good with it. Even if you are good with it, it does not look natural.

Don't overdoo the blush or bronzer.

Make sure you clean up your eyebrows every once in a while.

And don't put mascara on your bottom lashes
Use a sheer eye shadow that matches your skin tone just on the crease of your eyelid and actually lid to highlight your eyes, don't use eyeliner but instead opt for mascara in brown. Then just use a clear lipgloss to make your lips pop. If you are wanting to use foundation/powder opt for a full coverage powder and use just that instead of the foundation/powder together.
k im your age too so i know just what to do.

Stay neutral, don't go all out with crazy colors!

us like light pinks and tans oneyeshadow, and some eyeliner would be good to bring out your eyes. If you aren't too happy with your skin use some cover-up, but make sure you get the right skin-tone! At the end, make sure you use a little lip gloss, shine is everything! :]
