get a good moisturizing lipstick so even when you wipe it off, your lips will be nice and soft.
It's time to really look into your sexuality. This is not normal or healthy. I would suggest therapy and prayer. This is a serious answer; there is seriously something wrong here.
After you put your lipstic on blot it with a tissue, then apply lip gloss to the middle of the top and bottom lip. This will make your lips look fuller.

please don't draw a line around / outside your lips in a darker colour then the lipstick, it's sooooo ugly!!

To each his own. I would give it to him alone or not alone. He shouldn't be ashamed if he likes to wear makeup. With gothic look the guys wear more makeup than me.
