I need make up advice.

I have light auburn hair, blue eyes and freckles. I am wanting some advice on what colours of eye shadow and foundation types i should use. Please help =]I need make up advice.

Well it hard to determine without seeing a picture. I believe we should look as natural as possible, if you have nice skin try a tinted moisturizer if you are wanting to cover your freckles you may want something with a little more coverate. You either be a warm or cool so it is based pick your favorite brand and get tested for a foundation. The opposite of blue is orange on the color wheel so an orange hued colors are going to make your eyes pop. Try browns, bronze, ambers, will look great. The opposite red is green. You might want to try yellow green eyeshadow or orange yellow. Try by MAC Amber Lights or Chrome Yellow, Gorgeous Gold.





Go to the counter and have a beauty advisor do your makeup.



blue eyes should really pop with a navy eyeliner or eyeshadow. if you have pale use some of revlon's foundations...if you want to make your lips pop with low manitence use revlons just bitten lip stain
okay-this is what you should do when you put on your make up:


1 wash your face


2 put a FACE moisturizer on


3 put the concealer on where you need it then...


4 this is important so listen- use ONE SHADE lighter of foundation and before you put the foundation on the sponge (use a sponge) get the sponge wet and squeeze the extra water out then put the foundation on


5 now powder this give you a porcelain face! take the powder that is the same shade of your skin color and put it aall over your face


6 then do eyeliner. this should be used with an eyeliner brush. put it under some water, shake it out, and dip it in blak or dark brown eyeshadow and put it on your eyes


7 now eyeshadow. i like to use black. or sometimes white but put that on


8 mascara- put two coats on but make sure you let it dry in between! then put it on just the roots and the outer corner of your eyes.


9 now this is my little secret. this is a beauty secret that makes your eyes POP! take some shimmery white eyeshadow and put it on the inner corner of your eyes spreading it around just a little under your eyes and a little on the top.


10 if you want something fancy then put a little stick on diamond on the inner and outer corner of your eyes


11 lips lipstick and clear lipgloss in the middle of your lips or foundation on your lips and blend it in all around your lips and on them and then some light or clear lipgloss over your lips.





now you should look BEAUTIFUL!!!

cover up makes you look fake, so dont use cover up. eye shadow, either neutral browns, or purples and blues.
Your foundation should match the shade of your skin and you want to use a subtle shadow that will accentuate your eyes, maybe some brown tones that will compliment your hair color. Try going to a department store where they will do a free makeover so you can get some ideas.
I am a make up artist. without seeing you i can only give you some basics. match foundations by applying to your jawline. the best eyeshadow colors for you would be deep golds, bronzes and plums.
Well you NEVER want to match your eyeshadow color to your eye color. :)

i heard that the emo style is very in. you can put on your black eye shadow stuff and then put in a lot of eye drops. and it will look like your crying black
You should go to a makeup counter at the mall. They can do your makeup for free, and can give you advice. It's really important that you have someone tell you what colors look best on your skin. Getting the wrong color can realy make you look bad. Ask them, they will tell you.
