Make-up advice about like colors?

My hair is like the color in between light and dark brown, i have fair skin, and i have dark blue eyes. Which colors will make my eyes stand out?Make-up advice about like colors?

Have mascara and a golden, shimmery eye shadow, or light citrus-y colors
I think sandy and golden browns or if you are feeling adventurous, you could try smokey colours. Also, beige and nude coloured shaddoes might be worth a try. Hope I helped!
