I need make up advice, photo included.?

I want my eyes to look like this, any suggestions? Also, what're your opinions on her makeup and how old does she look? I don't want to look to old haha.

Take a nice pencil eyeliner and line you top lashline as closely to the lashline as possible but making it thicker as you move outward. line the bottom lashline the same way but be veryyy careful because you do not want to look trashy. then to make the look stay and not smudge... take either a small triangular spange brush or a q tip and smudge it into black eyeshadow, then trace over your eyeliner. then take a black mascara that makes your eyes ';fuller'; and coat your lashes with it. i prefer big fatty mascara by urban decay, which u can get at sephora or ulta. and ta da there is your look! She doesnt look to old at all really, maybe 17, um for starters just put eyeliner on like you normally would and then add a little bit underneath the eyes, then attempt to slowly smudge it with either a makeup brush or a tissue maybe..

Dude that is so simple to do. I will tell you the best eyeliner I have ever worn and trust me I wear a lot of eyeliner. Go with Rimmel eyeliner it last long and makes the eye pop. Full n Soft mascara is the bomb makes them really full!





Just apply the eyeliner on the inside of your bottom eyelid and then line the top of your top eyelid. Mascara is normal if you want them to look really full just add two coats.
all you do is put eyliner on bottom part or eye. Then out line how wide and shape you want it to look like on top. Then color it in with eyeliner, but other get clean new sponger dip in mascara and fill in with mascara i know weird mascara but it will look nice or you can use a dark eyeshadow if uncomfortable with mascara on eyelid or eyeliner on eyelid. Use a black kohl pencil eyeliner on the lower lid. Start from the outside corner and stop where the lower lashes stop themselves [about 3/4 of the entire lower eyelid]. Use a q tip or your pinky to slightly smudge the eyeliner on your lower lid.

I personally think she looks much to pale for her eye make up, but that's just me.
Makeup is one word. I'm a guy and even I know that.
