with brown eyes you can pretty much wear any color :] luccckky!
i'd recoment a light pink though, i think light pink looks really good with brown eyes.
i think you should do three shades of pink though. a light pink for the eyelid, a more whiteish pink/white across the bottom of your eyebrow to highlight, and a darker pink right above your eyelid
you can get everything at just like a CVS or any drugstore/grocery store
ok you can go to the hair store
are prob the dollar store..rite aid..wallgreens get
like brown
pink
yellow
blue
are gold
you dark colors; or bright colors so yer brown eyes will stand out; use black smokey eyes and eyeliner so your eyes will pop; and its the color that will contrast.
