I get that all the time! I started to use different shades of gold and brown eyeshadow and black mascara and eyeliner. But, personally I think that if you like the way you make up looks, then it shouldn't matter what other people think.
U can start using neutral colors like browns. Try the coastal scents neutral palette. Its awesome! N u can apply mascara or eyeliner. Keep it simple.
