Make up advice? PIC included?

So, I really suck at make up. I can do my foundation and powder, but I have no idea what kind of eyeshadow or eyeliner to use. What would be a good color for my skin tone that is not too harsh?

I thought like a coppery eyeliner with a dark brown mascara and a shimmery taupe shadow. Or you could try a shade of blue liner (blue made a comeback last year), with a shimmery shadow. Nothing black, or that dark would look good, unless you are doing the smokey eye. Then I would recommend Styli-Style flat liner, and a shadow pack from Rimmel London in the different smokey colors. Look for a Rimmel display at the drugstore (I've seen it at CVS).
I love your eyelashes. Just add a little gold on your brow-line and it will make your eyes pop. try some brown shadow in different places too.

do NOT add eyeliner it will make your bigger eyes look smaller and puny.

also, try putting coverup/foundation on your lips and cover with a clear, pink, or brown lipgloss for gorgeous nude lips.

im 16. if you have and questions just ask (:
purple and grays are pretty.. use a light color.. like a cream on your whole lid to your eyebrow.. then use whatever color you want on your lid.. then line your eye with eyeliner.. i use black and its wet and wild.. then use a eyeliner brush and go over the line to even it out.. and use a really dark color to do this add mascara and your good to go!!!
You seem to have it pretty sorted. How about a little brown eyeliner, or a more coloured one (like turquoise/purple) if you fancy it.

Just remember to keep your make-up as natural as possible.

Have a look at this wikihow link:

And then follow the links off that page to learn how to create different looks.

Good luck!
Theres really a lot you could do. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting cheap and trying out a few different ones.I would check out the review site at http://www.brandsmakeup.com visit and browse the reviews.
Lighter bronze and golds would bring out the highlights in your skin, without giving off a harsh, overbearing look. Try it =)
I would consider a darker colour like shades of green going towards the olive green.
you could really pull off a smokey eye....not too smokey but a nice brown smokey eye...or a soft lavender
Go to www.marykay.com and click on their ';virtual makeover'; on the left hand side. You can even upload your own photo and try out makeup galore, your eye liners, eye colors, application techniques, blush, lip gloss, lip liner, lip stick, everything! I love it. It's also very easy to match the colors to cheaper products in the drug store.

Judging from your picture, your eyes look to be blue? I would go with a cream color to apply to your entire lid to brow bone, then a medium golden brown color for the crease, and a dark chocolate brown to put on the outer half of the upper lid for definition. I love black eyeliner because its dramatic looking, but you could go for a softer look and just use the darker eyeshadow on a liner brush or q-tip and smudge it under your lower lashes as eyeliner. It's subtle and not overpowering.

:) Good luck!
