Okay im 13 years old and i have bluish green eyes. they often change with my moods and what im wearing. our school has uniform and i usually wear black white And grey. I have Liquid eye-liner which i don't know how to put it on. I also can't wear blue or red. Also i don't know what to do with my hair because its curly and wavy!! its also very thick. i want to look really cute. :) im trying to get this guys attention..HELP MEMake-Up advice :) Please?
okay first off, dont wear liquid eye-liner. its a pain to put on and its horrible when it gets in your eyes. start off with pencil eye-liner and then when you get a little more experienced with make-up,, try liquid.
secondly, since your hair is curly, you can wear it down with a littrle gel and hairspray and it should hold it. or the night before school, put your hair in 2 braids so when you wake up, your curls will be a little more defined!(:
