Hair and make up advice x?

soz i am new so i dont know ow to do things on here xHair and make up advice x?
If your hair is not straight then use a flat iron, always use hair protention first. if you have pale skin, and you have blue eyes, use black eyeliner around your eyes, top and bottom. if you have tan skin, use a thin line off black eyeliner under your eye and use a pale eye shadow.i would use baby green, pink or blue

wear some eye liner (black) so your eyes pop out nice, its better if you do the top good though if you need help trying to do the top go on youtube and type in whatever you need, where a pretty dress from a popular clothing shop( u should shop out with your girls and ask them if you wanna go shopping with you) and to top it out where some mascara and cute shoes oh and don't forget the most important of all do your hair of course nice. i usually straighten my hair if me and my girls go out. hope this helps a little
