Make-up advice MUCH NEEDED!!!!?

ok so:

My mom is really cool but when it somes to make-up she's kind of stuck in the 50's, if you know what I mean. I'm twelve and really want to try make-up, just as long as it's light and actually does something for me. I have red-gold hair that goes to my butt, pale skin with a creamy complexion, light blue-green eyes, and super-light eyelashes. I want to enchance my eyelashes with mascara (black looks terrible and unnatural, so I need something besides black), add a little more color, show off my eyes, add a some more fullness to my lips, and make my hair shine. Any suggestions would be amazing!! Thanks!!Make-up advice MUCH NEEDED!!!!?
Since you're twelve, I'd advise waiting until you're about sixteen for really serious makeup like heavy eyeshadow, foundation, mascara or anything like that. The way you describe yourself sounds utterly beautiful (not that I'm a freak or anything... I'm a makeup artist for christs sake) so I would just go with some light, natural-looking makeup.

Do you have friends who wear eyeliner? Find an excuse to look at their eyes one day and then practice putting on eyeliner in a mirror (when you're alone) until you have just a bit from your outer eye corner, under your lower lashes to the end of your lower lashes. Do not go past where they stop growing- it looks fake! If you want pictures as a guide I can post some. Do the same thing on your top lid- just a thin line from your outer eye corner to about the middle of your eye, IN LIGHT BROWN LINER... DO NOT USE BLACK. Black is too harsh for anyone without naturally dark hair... unless you want to look either antisocial or like a sexpot. Eye liner is intended to merely define the shape of the eyes and if you put too much on you'll probably look squinty.

As for mascara, try a dark brown to charcoal color- I recommend Neutrogena Featherweight or whatever they call it- it doesn't clump hardly at all.

As you're twelve, like I said, I would go for really light makeup, so put two coats of that on your top lashes, using slow and even strokes. If it clumps up, then take a clean mascara wand (they come on the ends of some eyebrow pencils) and run it through your eyelashes a couple of times until they looks smooth but retain the color.

In terms of eye shadow, I would try a shimmery champagne or a light pink... apply it all over your lid and put a bit just under your eyebrow, on the browbone. Again, go easy on this. You don't want to look like you want to pick up 30-year-old men.

If your complexion is super uneven, I would invest in a good, pale loose powder (it sound like you have really fair skin, like me, so get the palest they offer at the drugstore- if it's too chalky go one or two shades brighter) and a big fluffy brush, the kind they use for putting on blush.

Dip the brush in the powder so that it has just a very light dusting on it, and blow some of it off (Do this over a sink... otherwise your floor will be peach-colored). Sweep the brush over your cheeks, reapply the powder to it, and dust your forehead nose and chin lightly. Tap the brush on the back of your hand a few times to get all the powder off and then swirl the brush over your face (not the eyes or lips, silly) to blend the powder in until it looks natural. Natural is good. There is no need to be Miss Fantastic Plastic until you're fifty.

As for the lips, I would invest in one of those Softlips chapsticks and apply it liberally- if you don't like chapstick, try a lip gloss in a pale pink. A warning about lip gloss- it feels like a snail has deposited slime on your mouth if you get the wrong kind, so try them out in the store (beware of employees) before you buy and find a lightly flavored one that adds just a bit of pink and a bit of shine. Don't go with anything too pale or too dark (no bright reds either) unless you'd like looking like Cher and Marilyn Manson combined.

As for your hair, wash it every day, use conditioner every other, and blowdry it. Then, when it's blowdried, try a smoothing milk-

L'oreal makes a good one- it's about seven dollars for an eight ounce bottle at Wal Mart but it works really well. Spray this in your hand and apply it all over your hair... if it looks wet and not just a bit shiny and silky you've used too much. Brush your hair to distribute it evenly and you're good to go! I hope this helps... makeup is hard is you don't have someone demonstrate for you.Make-up advice MUCH NEEDED!!!!?
well: according to ';FacilMakeup'; it takes not much just a little

of course !
I have blonde hair and light blue eyes.

I use brown mascara and brown liquid eyeliner on top.

Use light brown as a base for eye shadow.
I have light lashes too. I like to use Neutrogena Lash tint. It adds a little color but isn't mascara. Plus it washes away really easy and doesn't give raccoon eyes. Almay has a line of eye make up that helps to enhance eye color. As for fullness--there are some lip glosses/lipsticks that make your lips look bigger. Shiny hair--you can rinse it in cold water. You can also use a part vinegar/water mix that deep cleanses your hair and makes it shiny (I do this). Pantene makes a line to increase shine -- I think it's Ice Shine. That works too.
i look like that tooo soo

try this

My hair and eyes are kind of like yours, so i guess i can help. I suggest using a light pink color eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow bone and then a darker pink from your lash line to your crease. Finally, use a really dark pink in your crease. Then use a black mascara and brown eyeliner. To compliment your eyes, use a tinted lip gloss and a warm peach blush. Also try pulling your hair back away from your face in a ponytail, side ponytail, or messy bun to bring more attention toward it.

The description of yourself sound like a girls I work with and she wears lavender cream eye shadow just up to the brow bone and I think she swipes just a little under her lower lid and it looks so pretty. I have gone out with her to clubs and on those nnights I think she wore a little gold or light brown in the crease of her eyelid to compliment the blue in her eyes. She never wears eyeliner but does wear mascara

Go to Macy's and then go to the MAC counter and ask for a makeover, if you have enough money. They specialize in makeup and they went to makeup school and have alot of clients everyday. So they would know what colors look great on you, and how to bring out your eyes. They also ask you questions about like what you like to wear (makeup) and what look you want to achieve, ect. Its really worth it, there makeup is great.

you wanna use eye shadow, go with brown/beige colors, very neutral. Or if you wanna spice it up, go with gold or bronze. Use brown eyeliner (if you want), and brown mascara. Browns are key! And if you aren't pale, then at night you can be daring and use black.

I suggest MAC eye shadows, and their eyeliner (fluid line). and I like covergirl's lash exact mascara. maybe some bronzing powder too

think blue will look good and put a little pink above that to bring it out and then again you can use the color that you are going to wear to match your makeup that looks good also no matter what color your eyes are.

you should soo pick lke green, or blue, but teal will look afb on u . but always try something else, you can even make the eyeshadow thin , or wide, but if you have white skin i would prefer, getting those eyeshadow brush, those really thin ones. u can just pick the best color like teal ,and gently put it on.

if you make it wide, it will give more attention, but if you put thin, you can give a not-so-wild look , but a POP kin dof look, i would soo prefer, for you to put brown mascara, and brown eyeliner.when you, put EYE MAKEUP on you should not only do your eyes put youe lips ,i would put a lipstick on first that is like maybe, redish ,and pinkish, and add gloss to it, or find lipgloss that has the color.you should always have a balanced way of putting makeup, u soooo don't want makeup that is caked on.

Pink, Gold, Green, Blue, Silver.

Try brown, purple, and deep blue, not light blue. And ';smokey'; eyes works for everyone(I think!). Use brown pencil or liquid eyeliner, black will be too harsh for blue green eyes. Use black mascara, don't use brown.

I have bright blue eyes, pale skin and blonde hair as well.

I wear a medium brown eye shadow. It makes blue and green eyes really stand out.

I use Maybeline very black mascara - and 2 coats only on the top lashes.

Use black eyeline on the inside of your bottom eyelids - or a very thin line underneath if you can't wear it on the inside. Don;t wear mascara on your botton eyelashes - it will make your eye make up look really heavy!

To make your eyes look bigger, use a white eyeliner on your bottom eyelids.

Blondes need to be careful about using eyeliner on the top eyelids - it can make us look slutty if you have pale skin. So I use just a little on the outside edges, and go past the eye for a cats eye look. Brown eyeliner for a neutral day look, or very black for a sizzling night look.

Make sure your lips look pale - just a neutral brown or pink gloss will make your eye makeup look less heavy.

Keep looking at magazines for some makeup ideas on other blondes.

Hope this helps you!

I hope i helped alot

I would stick to something very simple...Don't use drugstore foundations, or you'll start having skin problems. If you need foundation use a mineral foundation (colorescience, bareminerals, jane irredale) If you don't need foundation just use a little bronzer or blush.

Use a brown mascara, a very natural one is More Than Mascara by Estee Lauder.

A soft lavender shadow would look great worn alone. I would skip eyeliner, or just a little brown on the top lid.

If you want to add fullness to your lips use light colored really shiny lip gloss. MAC lipglass will make you lips look huge.

Get a shine mist for your hair
Brown mascara???
Hmmm...

You should try some brown mascara...if you still don't like that...try clear...YES clear...it sounds silly but it makes your eyelashes SLIGHTLY darker and shinier...you should try a tan-ish eyeshadow...nothing too dark but something natural...lips...try some light pink or light tan lip gloss...again nothing dark...it'll look terrible. i hope i helped...email me for further questions!
Look in the mirror and ask yourself after you put on your stuff, do I look really really sexy. If you answer yes, it is too much. You look easy like a ****.
it sounds like you really do not need any make up but if you must try a eyelash curler and clear mascara and use lip gloss try Revlon as far as your hair if you go to any drug store or hair supply there is a spray called isoplus oil sheen spray makes your hair shiny but don't apply to much to the roots because it can make your hair look greasy
Use brown mascara. It looks best on light complected blondes and redheads, especially those with blue eyes. Since you are young, it is best to use the most subtle colors on your face. A creamy bisque or ivory foundation, neutral or warm tones for the lipstick and blush. For the eyes, a nice peach eyeshadow would enhance the blue, since orange and peach are opposite (and complimentary colors to blue). Rinsing your hair with vinegar will bring out the red, but if you 'd prefer blonde, rinse it with lemon juice or honey.
