Make up advice? for tonight

I have a party tonight and i am wearing a dark navy blue dress with straight hair, im not sure what to do about make up i have black eyeliner, sparkle eye liner, sparkle/tan-ish eyeshawdow and gray/black eyeshadow..any ideas?Make up advice? for tonight
definitly the black eyeliner and just a tiny bit of the dark eye shadow and shiny lipgloss o and dont forget masacra! :-)

well first of all sparkle is for teenagers.. you should use SHIMMER..


%26amp; yes they are 2 different things.. and since your dress is navy blue.. i guess wear some thin liquid eyeliner on the top of your eyelash route to make it look thicker %26amp; on the bottom of your eyes along the routes add black eyeliner.. on the end of your eye make the eyeliner darker which gives your eye a exotic shape.. and i guess some blue eyeshadow at the top
dont apply to match your outfit, apply to match your face coloring and shape. my suggestions:





fair skin: black eyeliner


beige or golden skin: grey eyeshadow, black eyeliner


dark or deep skin: black eyeshadow, black eyeliner

oo try an indigo eyeliner, black mascara, and gray or blue shadow!





dont wear blush or bronzer if you wana have statment looking eyes.


and wear clear or nude lipgloss.
mascara, black eyeliner , deep blue eye shadow but keep the look simple or experiment
Use eyeliner. Do the cat eye.
