cover up stick on the problem areas then apply some lose power to set the makeup. blush colour pick, eyeshadow in a gold or brown, black mascara and lipgloss and your all set to go :)
first of all you really need to shape your brows.
next, a little bit of liner across the tops of the lids and from the outside corners to where the brown starts on the lower lash line.
a light colored (shimmery light brown) shadow on the lids with a darker brown in the crease (blend it with the liner); and a hint of white or hiliter just under the browline.
don't forget the mascara.

You could try out some eyeliner on your bottom and top of your eyes. Smokey look would look great on you i think! Use some natural greens, and purples for eye shadow too. I don't think you're too pale! To brighten and have a healthy looking complextion use a bit of blush. Oh and some mascara :) have fun!
Just to remind you, you can totally get away with out make up. But for those special occasions, try a light pink lip, a pale pink blusher or a bronzer, some eye liner, mascara, and a little dusting of eye shadow. For quick, touch ups, just swipe some lip gloss, eye liner, and a pinch on the cheeks for color. Good luck!

your skin is not too pale..if you want you could use a little bit of liquid foundation but make sure you get the right color. it looks really fake when people use foundation that is too dark
your eyes are really pretty too!!...you should wear dark brown (not black, it wouldn't look as good with your eye color) eye liner all around your eye. some people don't wear it below the eye...but thats the most important part..it helps open up your eyes and just makes them look amazing! also, don't put too much eyeliner on the top...put it thickest on the outside edges.
if you do wear eyeshadow don't wear anything too dark..a sparkly off-white color would look amazing on you.
your eyebrows look okay now...but getting them waxed would make you look even better!
don't wear anything too dark on your lips because it wouldn;t look right with your skin...i suggest a light shimmer or just chapstick would be fine.
You have a pretty face and nice skin. I would say you could just use a light dusting of powder foundation, a little mascara, a light blush and a light pink gloss or like a berry stain gloss. You don't look like you need very much at all!

You are not too pale! I have fair skin too and that just means use lighter colors. Go to a makeup counter to get help finding the right color of concealer and foundation.
I think for your eyes, shimmery pinks, apricot, peach or goldish colors would look great on you. I love shimmer bricks by Bobbie Brown because you can use them all over and make doing your make up really easy, fast and you'll look great! Embrace your unique features, your light skin and you will be looking gorgeous in no time! The key is having the right foundation/concealer!

My advice would be to get a very good 'base' make-up. Don't scrimp on this. Go to Macy's or something similar, and have Clinique or some other reputable company match your skin tone. That will even out your skin, and make your complexion appear more refined.
A brown or black eyeliner and mascara, a peach or tan blush, and maybe just a bit of lipstick.
You can get away with just the base makeup and the eyeliner though, for every day use.
You have very nice features. I am only suggesting things to enhance what you already have, not to 'cover it up.'
A little mascara, maybe a little eyeliner, some bronzer and your good to go!
no you're definatley not too pale! you have a nice skintone actually. as for makeup, you have really nice cheekbones. Try sweeping a little bronzer from your ear and under your cheekbones to bring them out. I think a dark chocolate brown eyeliner would look good on you. black can be a little too dramatic for everyday. Blues don't really flatter brown eyes, so i'd try pinks, purples, or tans. and then of course just some mascara and lipgloss. good luck (:
I would try some pale purple eye shadow with brown eyeliner because both really bring out brown eyes. If you really think your too pale then try a little shimmery bronzer with a pinky gold lipgloss because together they will really make u look tanner. Hope this helps.

then just a shiny clear lip gloss and a bit of reallly light blush.
