Colours/Tips %26amp; Everything Please Girlies ツMake-Up Advice Please......ツ?
I think if you have blonde hair, usin black eye makeup %26amp; looking tanned is the best combination... or you can go for natural.. but (without soundin weird) i find blonde girls look more attractive with a lot of black eyemakeup an browner skin if u get me? :s umm kinda like christina aguilera..

u c the way she uses bold colours in makeup ?

i have quite brown skin anyway but my friend has pale skin, to look browner she puts Elizabeth Arden foundation on (this 1) :

its thick and a good base, then she puts a thin layer of fake tan over it, which gives her a good tan

but if u dont wana be tanned, go for foundation which matches your skin colour.

ermm wear a lot of eyeliner an mascara an blend black eyeshadow with brown %26amp; gold shades of eyeshadow - browns %26amp; golds are natural also classy, an will bring out the hazel in your eyes...

ALWAYS WEAR LIPGLOSS!!

Try lipliner to make yor lips look bigger, too :)

Ermm what else if u wana enhance your cheekbones, put brown shades of blusher just above your cheekbones, then a very pale colour of blusher (paler than your foundation) below your cheekbone...

If i were you, i'd grow my hair long =]

Hope this helped haha big essay derrr XMake-Up Advice Please......ツ?
Face: a thin layer of cover girl transcluent pressed powder for an even skin tone.

Cheeks: for pale skin try a light bronzer like Physician's formula Powder palette (the different colored hexagons)

Eyes: Almay Intense i-color for hazel eyes (its 3 eyeshadows cordinated for hazel eyes), they also have a very pretty deep brown eyeliner. Covergirl outlast mascara is a must.

Lips: Burt's Bees lip balm and over that C.O. Bigealow spearmint menthane lip gloss

:] Hope it helped
purple eyeshadow looks good on everyone these days.

ooh... try white eyeshadow on the inside parts of your eyes and then get a red lippy that suits your skin tone and have very pale foundation. it looks amazing

also try pink and green. it really looks amazing too

just remember if you eyes are vibrant to tone down your lips and vice versa

:]
Depends on what color you want to bring out in your eyes. I also have hazel eyes but red hair and i'm pale skinned. I like shades of purple (plum). It really brings out the green in my eyes. Hope this helps.

Just don't over do it. Less is more.
for hazel eyes i would wear black eyeliner, apply it roughly to your top eye line and you bottom line, you can then neaten it with a baby or a face wipe for an effortless finish

and as for eyeshadow, with brown eyes nething goes except yellow :\ ha

but on you tube there are some amazing eye shadow tutorials by a woman called panacrea81

they are step by step guides that are easy to follow

good luck =]xxx
Have you got a photo? (with out sounding well you know weird) :L
BeneFit do free makeovers in Boots shops with a big BeneFit counter
Sice your hair is light like mine I would do light colors like light purple or light blue make it mach your shirt though thats the secret but just keep it light!
The colors for pale/fair skin is shimmery pink, coral, and gray.Since you have dirty blonde hair, I recommend shimmery white eye shadow with soft pink lip and cheek color.
I think you'd do best sticking with natural colors...no pinks or blues...

Light/dark browns and golds would suit you well because of your hair color and eye color.

That's just me, though:]
i have a friend also and you can tell she usues foundation. jmake sure you match up your skin tone, and as far as the shadows hazel has the widest spectrum of shadow shades due to the flecked hues they possess. while eye colors such as blue or brown depend upon a specific shade or two for optimal beauty, hazel eyes can enjoy a diverse sampler platter of color choices.
