Hair && make up advice ? PICS INCLUDED =]

i want some hair and make up advice .. i always use cover up/bronzer and eye liner .... and i always used to scrunch my hair but i just messed it up yesterday while having fun with scissors so my mom had to cut it really short and it can't even go up in a pony tail





some days i feel pretty and some days i feel ugly and it's SO annoying





i just want some tips on what i can do to look better ? make up tips ? hair style advice ? nothing too expensive i currently don't have any money .. maybe what color you think would look nice on me ?





what features are the best so i can bring them out more ? lols

oh and how old do i look ? i'm 15 turning 16 in october

You're cute as a button! Don't use any heavy eyeliner ( it makes your eyes look tiny), your eyes are beautiful just use a little brown shadow, smudge it on your upper lids really close to the lashes (upper only), 2 coats of mascara, some peachy blush and lip gloss.Hair %26amp;%26amp; make up advice ? i think you are pretty :] i would definitely grow out your hair and straighten it once its grown out. Maybe you could straighten your hair out now, and it could possibly fit in a ponytail. maybe colorful eyeshadow to bring out your eyes.

i think u shouls put some golden eyeshadow and a little blush on ur face. other wise u look good. and u can;'t rely do anything with ur hair other thatn die it with a honey comb highlights.
